- All of our items are hand woven with love and care. Due to the nature of hand woven eco textiles, each individual piece may vary slightly and may contain slight imperfections
- Although we have tried to represent each item accurately, colours may vary slightly from the images shown
- If you are interested in an item that is out of stock, please contact us by email
POSTAGE/DELIVERY
- We charge a flat rate of 500 baht for shipping on all our items
- Items will be shipped once payment has been received
- All items are shipped via recorded delivery
- Once the item is shipped delivery is usually within 3 to 4 weeks*
- For special orders/delivery please contact us by email before purchase to arrange shipping costs
- Once items are dispatched we cannot be responsible for delivery time. All dispatched items can be tracked via a private tracking number which will be sent to your email
- Please note that you will be responsible for any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the item

RETURNS/EXCHANGES
- Studio Naenna will not cover the cost of shipping for any items to be returned or exchanged
- Refund/exchange will only take place if we are notified by email within 72hours of reciept of the item in question
- Refund/ exchange will only take place once item is returned and has been inspected
- Only items which are returned in perfect, unused condition will be refunded/exchanged
- It is recommended that you provide proof of posting as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit
